About Escalation Creations!

     Escalation Creations was born in the minds of two ex-Dell Call center tech. The words of escalate the call echoing through the call center sunk into their heads. Why transfer when we can fix them was the unasked question. Dennis Parker and Timothy Walton have been working with computers since the 1980s. Both hold degrees in Computer Networking and working on degrees in Project Management. Strong in logical thinking, computer hardware, and computer software.
